Erica attended Lesley University in Cambridge Massachusetts graduating in 2004 with a Masters in Expressive Arts and Mental Health Counseling. She took this degree and continued working in non profit organizations with children and families for many years focusing on healing from trauma. Erica has always been drawn to alternative modalities because creativity was where she found her own emotional healing and still does today. Erica received a year of training in western herbalism from Vital Ways institute in Portland Oregon. Erica also has a small homestead where she grows food, raises animals and enjoys time with her beautiful family coexisting with the land. She views healing as a journey, never linear and always fluid. She holds mind and body as one hoping to help others honor their own inner warriors as they discover their personal truth.
